Because these items are custom made for you, returned items must be in 'like new, re-sellable' condition, returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee of the original purchase price, not including shipping.  Return shipping will be done at the customer's expense, unless the item was defective.  Claims for defects must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.  All returns must be authorized and have a RA #.
