| The beautifully detailed bust of your Barrel Racer will be created using YOUR own horse's hair. This special way to remember a current horse friend, or a past favorite will grace your desk, table or mantle for years to come and remind you of that special equine.
This statue can be done in the natural white/black pottery for price shown, or in your horse and riders natural colors with their markings for a premium, include the unique carbonized markings of the horsehair in the pottery.
Horsehair pottery is created by draping the horsehair over the pottery when it is removed hot from the kiln. The carbon markings that remain are unique to each and every piece ~ no two are ever alike.
This piece is 10" tall x 11" wide x 8" deep.
After placing your order, you will receive an email with instructions on how and where to send your horse's hair and possibly photos if you'd like the colorized piece. For this piece, we'll need a minimum of 30 horse hairs. If you are requesting a custom colored piece, please include color details for the rider in SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS below.
