The beautifully detailed full body of a Grazing Horse will be created using your own horse's hair. This special way to remember a current horse friend, or a past favorite will grace your desk, table or mantle for years to come and remind you of that special equine.
It's 8"tall x 10" wide. A matching horsehair pottery base, as shown in photo, is included.
Horsehair pottery is created by draping the horsehair over the pottery when it is removed hot from the kiln. The carbon markings that remain are unique to each and every piece ~ no two are ever alike.
OPTIONS:
~Add text to this unique piece by adding the optional engraved plate. Plates are done in black with gold lettering. Perhaps your horse's name, a commemorative date, or phrase will make this piece even more special to you.
~This piece may be done in the natural horsehair pottery as shown in photos or painted to match YOUR horse's unique color and markings for a premium.
After placing your order, you will receive an email with instructions on how and where to send your horse's hair and possibly photos if you'd like the colorized piece. For this piece, we'll need a minimum of 30 horse hairs. |
