The natural beauty of the wood is evident in these creations. Natural grain and knot patterns from Michigan's northern woods White Pine are left undisturbed and become part of the finished product. Clear finishes and stains bring out the beauty. Three coats of exterior marine spar varnish finish these signs for years of beauty in the outdoor environment.

Your ideas, graphics and text are laid out by hand, then the text is chiseled out, adding depth and texture to the piece. If you would like graphics included, please specify in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS how you envision your sign layout, ie., "Please put the horses design to the right of my horse's name", OR "I want to send our ranch logo and have it appear before the text on the sign". We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request, working with you closely to get just the look you want! If your text is too long for the sign, we'll call to discuss options.

Price includes sign edges done in a rough natural finish, or choose to include the bark edge option as shown in the photo. Bark is removed from the original piece then re-applied and glued for lasting durability.

Will include eye bolts and chains for hanging

As with any wood, the sign will naturally darken over the years. We recommend a yearly wash with mild soap and water to remove accumulated dust/grime. After years of outdoor exposure, it may be necessary to refinish (sanded and re-varnished), which most folks can easily accomplish. If you wish to return it to us and cover the shipping and material costs, we'll even re-finish with no labor charge.
