Please indicate below what color(s) you would like in the glass memento bead and be as specific as possible (ie. teal green with a little light pink and silver).
After placing your order, you will receive an email with instructions on how and where to send hair or ashes. Very little of either is needed to successfully create the bead, around a teaspoon full.
